For Standard Shipping, we aim to pack and ship out your order within 3 business days. During special periods, such as heavy order processing or local inventory shortages that require deployment, please expect it to take an additional day or two for processing. We ship five days a week, Monday through Friday. Sometimes our mail pickup comes in early afternoon, so tracking for orders shipped later that day may not update until the following business day. You will receive a shipment confirmation with tracking information via email when your order has shipped. Once you receive this email, we cannot change or cancel your order.
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this number to track the status of your order on the relevant courier company's website. Or you can use this tracking number or order number to track your package information on the logistics inquiry page of the mcooh website.
We have seen domestic packages take up to two weeks to arrive and tracking information is updated consistently. Your patience and understanding with tracking delays is greatly appreciated, and we’re doing everything we can to try to provide the best process possible with as much is within our control.

For specialty and promotional items, please allow up to 3 to 15 business day delivery time as they may be shipping from other countries.
Please email us at supchina2024@gmail.com immediately if you realize that you gave us the wrong shipping address — if it hasn't shipped yet, we might be able to correct it before it goes out the door.
If your order ships to the address provided and is returned to us as undeliverable, then you are responsible for paying the cost of shipping again to resend it to you. If you decide you do not want your order reshipped, we'll refund you for the products less the original shipping charges, once your order returns to our warehouse. We'll reach out to you to coordinate your options before re-shipping.
If your order ships to an incorrect address provided at the time the order is placed and is not retrievable, we are not responsible and cannot offer reimbursement.

Whoever receives the package is responsible for paying any applicable duties or taxes on the received products, even if it is being shipped as a gift!
If you fail to pay the duties for your parcel and it is returned to us, you will have the option for us to re-ship your package to you (and you will pay for shipping again), or we can cancel your order and refund you for the products less the original shipping amount paid. We will reach out to you if your package is returned to us.
