Description
Description
Measure low sulfur dioxide concentrations in ambient air with the MH2000-SO2 Low Range detector. Choose a 0-1 ppm or 0-5 ppm version, both with 0.001 ppm resolution. This High Precision, single-gas SO2 configuration uses an electrochemical sensor and an internal sampling pump.
Two Ambient Measuring Spans
The 0-1 ppm option has a lower maximum measuring span, while the 0-5 ppm option covers a broader low-concentration interval. Match the ordered span to the concentration expected in the sample and the measurement procedure. Each order supplies one instrument configured for the selected version; it does not automatically cover both ranges.
Resolution describes the stated reading increment. The 0.001 ppm value does not establish a detection limit or numerical measurement accuracy. This ambient-air configuration serves low-concentration SO2 tasks. Select the separate flue-gas-specific or biogas-specific configuration when the application requires one of those sensor arrangements.
Display and Alarm Setup
The LCD dot-matrix display shows gas type, concentration, unit, battery level and time. English and Chinese operating interfaces are available. Concentration can be displayed in μmol/mol, ppm or mg/m³, with 1 μmol/mol equivalent to 1 ppm.
Two alarm stages allow the setpoints to be adjusted. Sound, light and vibration provide the outputs, including an 85 dB sound alarm and blue/red alarm lights. Self-check, zero calibration, factory reset, and temperature and pressure compensation are provided. Operate the controls according to the supplied instructions for the selected Low Range SO2 version.
