The DM300L sand moisture meter measures moisture in river sand, fine sand, coarse sand, sea sand, soil, and sediment. It suits on-site checks where you can insert a probe into the material and need a quick moisture reading.
When choosing a moisture probe for sand, check the measuring range and whether the probe length suits your sampling setup. Gravel is not among the listed materials; check the manual for suitability before ordering for gravel moisture checks.
