Description
Description
The MH2000-NO2 Low Range detector measures nitrogen dioxide in ambient air with an electrochemical sensor and an internal sampling pump. Two separate versions are available: 0-1 ppm and 0-5 ppm. Both have 0.001 ppm resolution. Choose the span that covers the sample concentration expected in the measurement procedure.
Choose the 1 ppm or 5 ppm Version
The 0-1 ppm version provides a lower maximum measuring span, while the 0-5 ppm option covers a broader low-concentration interval. Each instrument is configured for the range selected when ordering. The supplied detector does not automatically switch between the two versions.
Resolution is the stated reading increment. The 0.001 ppm value does not establish a detection limit or a numerical accuracy specification. This High Precision, single-gas configuration measures NO2 for ambient-air tasks. Choose the separate flue-gas-specific NO2 version when that application is required.
Readings and Alarm Settings
An LCD dot-matrix display shows the gas type, concentration, unit, battery level and time. English and Chinese operating interfaces are available. Concentration units include μmol/mol, ppm and mg/m³, with 1 μmol/mol equivalent to 1 ppm.
Two alarm stages allow the setpoints to be adjusted. Sound, light and vibration provide the alarm outputs, including an 85 dB sound alarm and blue/red alarm lights. Self-check, zero calibration, factory reset, and temperature and pressure compensation support instrument setup. Use these controls according to the supplied instructions for the selected low-range NO2 configuration.

Sampling and Recording Choices
The internal pump offers up to 1 L/min flow and ten adjustment settings. The 300 g detector uses a 3.6 V, 2300 mAh rechargeable lithium-polymer battery, with a charging time of 4-6 hours. Sampling filters, drying accessories and probes are separate package choices.
Data logging and PC export are optional and excluded from this base configuration. Gallery photographs show the shared pump-detector housing and its controls. Screen readings are illustrative; the carrying-case view does not represent two supplied instruments, and a connected cable does not establish included PC export.
