Description

The Linshang LS137 UV LED energy meter records irradiance, accumulated energy, temperature and exposure time in a thin disc body. Its 340–420 nm response is calibrated at 395 nm for measurements on suitable UV LED curing sources.

Fit a 7.6 mm instrument into the measuring setup

The 102 mm-diameter metal body is 7.6 mm thick, with a compact OLED for reading real-time values and completed test results. Position the sensor toward the LED source and allow clearance for the instrument and the protective arrangement used in the machine.

The detector covers common UV LED wavelengths such as 365, 385, 395 and 405 nm. Use the same measuring position and settings for repeated checks, and record the LED wavelength with each result.

Select automatic or manual exposure recording

Manual mode starts and stops with the meter controls. In automatic mode, the instrument waits for the selected trigger level and records while exposure meets that condition. Recording ends when the signal drops below the trigger threshold or the 32-minute period is reached.

During a run, the display shows energy, current irradiance, temperature and elapsed time. The stopped result includes accumulated energy, maximum irradiance and maximum temperature. The latest measurement stays available after the meter is switched off.

Charge and protect the instrument between runs

USB charging supplies the built-in rechargeable lithium battery. Use the removable heat shield to protect the display during close-range exposure to high-power lamps. The temperature sensor measures the process within its stated range.

Keep the optical aperture clean, choose smoothing to match the source power frequency and record the trigger settings with the result. Dry storage helps protect the UV sensor between measurement sessions.
