Description

The MH2000-VOC is a portable photoionization detector for volatile organic compound concentration readings. Its High Precision PPM sensor configuration is available in five measuring spans, with an internal pump drawing the sample to the instrument. Use it for VOC concentration checks in a painting workshop, selecting the measuring span for the sampling task.

Select the PPM Measuring Span

Choose 0-100, 0-200, 0-1000, 0-2000 or 0-5000 ppm. Each option begins at zero, and the upper limit identifies the measuring version supplied with the order. Match the chosen interval to the concentration expected by the measurement procedure.

All five order options use the PID PPM configuration. The selection menu identifies one instrument version at a time. Include the VOC configuration and selected span together when specifying the detector for purchase.

Sampling, Display and Alarm Controls

The internal pump has ten suction levels, with flow up to 1 L/min. The LCD shows the gas type, concentration, unit, battery level and time. English and Chinese interfaces are supported, and concentration display units include µmol/mol, ppm and mg/m³.

Two-stage sound and light alarms use adjustable setpoints. Self-check and zero calibration support setup, along with factory reset and temperature and pressure compensation functions. Follow the supplied instructions for the chosen VOC configuration when setting up these controls.

Recording Options and Package

Data recording and USB download or printing are optional. With recording fitted, storage exceeds 100,000 readings and the interval can be set from 5 to 3600 seconds. Specify these functions when the procedure requires stored measurements or PC transfer.

The standard package contains one detector, a carrying case, charging/data cable and instruction manual. Gallery photographs illustrate the shared pump-detector housing and controls; screen readings are illustrative. Optional recording is supplied when selected as an order requirement.
