The MH-1200H-S-CL2 is a portable chlorine (Cl2) gas detector for site checks that call for a concentration reading at the instrument. Its electrochemical sensor measures surrounding air by diffusion, and the rear clip and protective cover support carrying the detector during inspection rounds. Choose the required CL2 range when ordering; each range is a separate instrument configuration.
Choose a Chlorine Range
The four available measurement spans are 0-10, 0-20, 0-50, and 0-100 ppm. Select the range that matches your monitoring procedure and expected concentration span. The standard instrument uses diffusion sampling. An external sampling pump is an optional setup for tasks that require a different sampling arrangement; confirm that configuration before ordering.
Display and Alarm Review
The monochrome dot-matrix LCD displays the concentration and supports ppm and mg/m³ units. Backlight timing can be adjusted, and the light can activate automatically during an alarm. Audible, visual, and vibration alerts provide three ways to notice an alarm; the audible alarm is rated at 85 dB. Alarm thresholds are configurable, and the instrument can retain 100 alarm records for review on its display. Zero and self-calibration functions are available.

For diffusion sampling, surrounding air must reach the sensor openings. Follow the supplied instructions and your site's procedures for calibration, alarm settings, and gas-monitoring checks. When Will My Order Ship?
For Standard Shipping, we aim to pack and ship out your order within 4 business days. During special periods, such as heavy order processing or local inventory shortages that require deployment, please expect it to take an additional day or two for processing. My first impression after opening and installing batteries was that this meter is very well built considering the price and manufacturer. I had read some reviews stating that it's amp measurements were not accurate below 5 amps, I haven't seen any issues in any measurements I've taken, even side by side with my fluke meters. I've successfully taken accurate amp, voltage and continuity measurements with this ETCR6920B, the display is nice and legible. I haven't tried storing data and making transfers to a PC yet, the soft case is good enough for storage on a shelf and the test leads are of good quality and rated for 1000v. There's nothing bad to say about this meter especially when you consider the price, it's a really great meter.
