Description
Description
The MH2000-SO2 flue-gas-specific detector measures sulfur dioxide with an electrochemical sensor and internal pump sampling. Its High Performance, interference-resistant configuration is available in five ranges: 0-200, 0-500, 0-1000, 0-2000 and 0-5000 ppm. One single-gas instrument is supplied with the measuring span selected when ordering.
Select the Flue-Gas Sensor and Range
Match the measuring span to the sulfur dioxide concentration required by the sampling procedure. The supplied instrument does not automatically switch between the five order options. Interference resistance identifies this sensor configuration and does not establish complete immunity to every interfering gas.
The flue-gas-specific sensor serves a different application from the Standard and High Performance SO2 versions designated unsuitable for flue gas. A 0-5000 ppm span is also available in a separate biogas-specific configuration. Choose the application and sensor configuration together, rather than selecting by measuring span alone.
Sampling Arrangement
The internal pump delivers up to 1 L/min flow with ten adjustment settings. Sampling probes, filters and drying accessories are separate package choices. The detector's operating temperature is -20°C to 50°C. This is the instrument environment range and does not establish a temperature rating for a probe placed in a hot flue.
The housing measures 205 x 75 x 32 mm and weighs 300 g. A rechargeable lithium-polymer battery powers the instrument. Data logging and USB export are optional and excluded from this base configuration. Select the recording option before ordering if stored measurements are needed.

Readings and Alerts
The LCD dot-matrix display shows the gas type, concentration, unit, battery level and time. English and Chinese interfaces are available. Two alarm stages have adjustable setpoints, with sound, light and vibration outputs. Temperature and pressure compensation, self-check, zero calibration and factory-reset controls support setup.
Follow the supplied instructions for the SO2 sensor and sampling arrangement. Gallery images show the shared housing. A case photograph does not represent a two-instrument package or establish included sampling probes.
