Description
Description
The Linshang LS136 thin UV energy meter measures irradiance, accumulated energy and temperature from high-pressure mercury and halogen lamps. Its 315–400 nm response peaks at 365 nm, and the 7.6 mm-thick metal body fits curing-machine measuring positions with limited clearance.

Review energy and peak values after the run
During measurement, the OLED shows accumulated energy, real-time irradiance, temperature and elapsed time. The stopped result provides energy together with maximum irradiance and maximum temperature. The latest completed test is retained after power-off and appears at the next startup.
Manual mode starts and stops from the meter controls. Automatic mode waits for the selected trigger irradiance and records during exposure until the signal falls below the threshold or the 32-minute period is reached. Choose the mode to match the curing process before placing the meter.

Recharge and prepare the measuring position
The built-in lithium battery charges through USB from a suitable 5 V supply. Face the sensor toward the UV source and keep the detector clean. The removable heat shield protects the display from close-range, high-power UV irradiation.
The 7.6 mm body dimension describes the instrument itself. Allow suitable clearance for the measuring arrangement and protective cover. The temperature channel reports process temperature over its listed measuring range.
Keep the test settings with each result
Use consistent placement and select the smoothing setting that matches the light-source power frequency. Record the lamp type, trigger mode, exposure time and instrument settings with the energy result. Store the meter in a dry environment to protect the sensor between measurements.
